He is believed to be martyred in the first attack on the day of Aashoora. He and his brother Abdur Rehman were brave and noble men from Koofa and were considered as lovers of Ahl-e-Bayt (A.S). They reached Kerbala. Both of them went to the battlefield and got martyred.
